Refund policy
OTRT wants you to be happy with your purchase. Since all products are made to order we have a 30-day return policy, for exchange or credit, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request via support@otrtgolf.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags. Please also provide the receipt or order number.
To start a return please submit to support@otrtgolf.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 21706 W 61st St, Shawnee KS 66218
Once item is received it will be reveiwed for acceptance after which you will receive an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned (custom products, special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges/Credits
The fastest way to ensure you get what you'd like is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, use the credit for purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if an exchange/credit/refund was approved or not and determine the option with which you'd like to proceed. If approved, refunds (applicable for mugs, plate frames, towels) will be credited on your original payment method within 10 business days. A store credit will be applied for T-shirts as they are made to order in accordance with your choice of design, shirt type, color and size. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
